For those who want to know what is needed before spending
Two weeks in which I talk to the people who will use the system, map the processes and deliver functional specs, architecture, a release plan and a fixed price for the rest. The document stays yours even if you stop here.

The most urgent process, be it timekeeping, stock or quotes, replaced and really used. Users and roles, import of existing data, Excel export, training.

For those who want a whole system, built to fit
Several modules, integrations with payments, invoicing, machines or devices, an API for the mobile app, PDF documents, multi-role back office. A release every two weeks, and you test each one.

Integrations and APIs
For those who already have a system and need it to talk to something else
I connect charging stations, production machines, SPID, payments, virtual classrooms or an external API to the system you already use, without rebuilding it.

AI automation
For those who read, sort and retype documents and emails by hand
Data extraction from PDFs, invoices and emails, request routing, draft replies, natural-language search over your data. I use OpenAI, Anthropic or Mistral models, or open models on your own server when data must not leave. Every result goes through human review until the numbers say it no longer needs to.

For those who already have a team or a supplier and want a technical lead who decides
I act as your part-time technical leadership, without you having to hire someone full time. Architecture, priorities, code review and supplier selection, for 2-4 days a month, in the channels you already use. A CTO's decisions without a CTO's cost.

Maintenance and evolution
A monthly fee that covers fixes, security updates, backups I actually verify and a block of hours for the changes needed when a rule or a process changes. Not pay-per-use: you don't have to ask me for a quote for every small thing.

I work as a subcontractor on a day rate, minimum 5 days, or on a monthly retainer. I invoice the agency, talk to the end client only if the agency wants, sign NDAs and stay invisible.

How I work.
We talk, 30 minutes.
You tell me how you work today. At the end I tell you whether you need a technical lead, an agent in the process or a piece of software, or none of these. It's not a quote, it's an answer.
Analysis, two weeks.
I talk to the people who will use the system, not only to whoever signs. You get a picture of systems, team and suppliers, a roadmap proposal and, for a software project, a fixed price.
We start, on a fee or a fixed price.
Technical leadership on a monthly fee you can cancel at the end of any month, or a fixed-price project with a release every two weeks that you test yourself.
It stays yours.
Code in your repository, documentation, decisions in writing. If one day you want to change supplier, you can, without rebuilding everything.

What exactly is a Fractional CTO?
A part-time technical director. Makes the technology decisions, steers the team and suppliers, answers for the results, but costs a fraction of a hired CTO.
Does the AI decide on its own?
No. Every flow has a point where a person approves, corrects or blocks. The agent does the repetitive work; responsibility stays with whoever holds it today.
What kind of companies is it for?
SMEs and startups with one or more systems in production and nobody in-house acting as technical lead.
How does onboarding work?
A 30-minute call, then two weeks of analysis of systems, team and suppliers. At the end, a picture and a roadmap proposal.
Can I start with a session and move to monthly?
Yes, the hours already done in the month are deducted from the first fee.
Do you work remotely or in person?
Remotely in your channels. In person in and around Naples when needed.
How many companies do you work with at once?
At most 3, to stay really present.
What would a hired CTO cost?
In Italy, between salary and contributions, from 70,000 € a year upwards, plus the risk of hiring the wrong person. Monthly leadership costs €33,600 a year and stops when you want.
What if after a month it isn't working?
The monthly plan can be cancelled at the end of any month, no penalties. A single session commits you to nothing. In both cases everything we wrote and decided stays yours.
Can I bring you in just for a code review?
Yes, with an hourly session.
